The walls are finished. The kitchen is complete. The basement ceiling may be covered. And you probably don’t want unnecessary holes made simply because that’s the easiest way to run a wire.
This is where specializing in existing homes matters.
We’re used to solving the puzzle of getting new wiring from the electrical panel to where you need it.
That might mean finding a pathway through an attic, basement, utility area, closet, garage, exterior, existing opening, conduit—or a combination of approaches.
Sometimes the best route isn’t the first one you see.
